Here is no growth for future. I give them my very best of skills and hard work to promote myself, but they does not value it. Now I'm frustrated with them. Even company can't keep their own promises of future growth time by time . Some time working load harasses you mentally.
The job of an editor is quite interesting! But It depends by whom you working for. Amar Ujala do not secure your future, your growth.

Amar Ujala has very good team all the team mates are amazing. You just have to be in flow and every work will be complete smoothly. A big task can easily happened when the team is with you.
Career growth is major low point. When it comes to promote their employees, most of employees are not happy with promoting policies.

The colleagues, the team, the people I was working with were like a family. Immediate superiors were a bit supportive.
Budget cuts and lack of resources and enough staff to efficiently meet the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations of management for results without any interest in investing or even spending a penny for the process or resources. Reimbursement issues, they say they will reimburse for out of office tasks but many times either delay a lot or try not giving any reimbursement.
