The colleagues, the team, the people I was working with were like a family. Immediate superiors were a bit supportive.
Budget cuts and lack of resources and enough staff to efficiently meet the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations of management for results without any interest in investing or even spending a penny for the process or resources. Reimbursement issues, they say they will reimburse for out of office tasks but many times either delay a lot or try not giving any reimbursement.

While I appreciate the opportunities I’ve had here, I believe there are several areas where the company could improve to create a more positive and growth-oriented environment for employees. Job Security: There is a lack of job security, as employees are let go unexpectedly. This creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and stress, impacting overall morale and productivity. Career Development: There are limited opportunities for promotion, awards, or recognition of employee efforts. A lack of career progression can lead to disengagement and a feeling of stagnation for employees. Management Quality: The current management structure needs improvement. Effective leadership is essential for team motivation, guidance, and overall success, but the current management approach often falls short. Company Vision and Aim: It feels like the company lacks a clear and consistent aim or long-term vision. Employees thrive when they can align with a purpose, and a stronger company direction would help foster a sense of unity and commitment. Employee Perks: There are few, if any, perks for employees that promote work-life balance, well-being, or job satisfaction. Investing in employee benefits can significantly improve retention and engagement.
