But People who even don't do bare minimum of their job gets big money No Job satisfaction Morale amongst employees is terrible since managers and seniors are mostly selfish and only care about their personal growth Small tip to who want to join this company: Ask for higher CTC than you expect(They will give you what you want only when you're not their employee), almost everyone gets same percentage of appraisal.
