I have been received with lots of support and have been learning a lot from my seniors. Working environment is very healthy and there is a lot of appreciation in the work done. Gets lots of enhansment for extra achievement of targets..

Everything is good in this company. Just we don't get any foreign trips that's the dislike thing. Overall beat company to work for...

Work load is very less. Employees working have the free liberty to work according to there flexibility. We don't have to focus much on targets as we get lots of field support.

we found lot of company go for reduction of employees, where in Nirmala they care our employees like job security (even still some of our engineers not back to work due to outstation), care of our employee like if any illness they will provide a leave with pay. Overall management support on time.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
