Workculture is good but the company is a trap it will promise you 2.6 as a fresher and a 2 years of bond but they will only provide 12k for 6 months after that 16 k for 1 year and bond will automatically increase to 2.6 years

No Salary structure, salary not on time, not good service to employee, sending for interviews at client locations many times, not proper settlement after resignation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
