1. No role bifurcation. Anyone and everyone doing almost the same thing 2. Management is poor 3. If you are new, no one would understand you and whatever the old people say is right and you can even be terminated on that basis without any investigation 4. Lot of gossiping and back bitching even at the most senior levels 5. Leadership does not act like leaders 6. No work life balance.....you can be called for a meeting even after your work hours and you cannot say no to join 7.
