Work Details

Your worklife here is so terrible that you don't get time for your own. The shifts are for name sake and you end up giving 12 hours daily. On top, the cherry is working on weekends and covering your leaves.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

They don't support employees in tough times. They didn't even pay for the notice period.

Dislikes

NIIT is more interested in getting it's commission. They don't spend a single penny in employee's betterment/training despite the fact that it is an education related company. Moreover, it's training programs are food for nothing and their trainers don't have good knowledge.
