No appraisals even if you are hardworking. They will cut off your appraisals on the name of new idea submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and youare at your manager's discretion. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project.
