nothing is like about NIIT they don't have a company only voice and non voice process they work during interview they explain about calls but after joining they said to 150 calls per day Or than just share the numbers and call not using any job website like naukri and others total waste company please never join NIIT even my first month of joining I can't mute google meet I never heard this type of nonsense one person deepa and she don't know how to talk manner less girl...Read More

Working with LC, NIITMTS team has been extremely frustrating. The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves. 1. No role bifurcation. Anyone and everyone doing almost the same thing 2. Management is poor 3. If you are new, no one would understand you and whatever the old people say is right and you can even be terminated on that basis without any investigation 4. Lot of gossiping and back bitching even at the most senior levels 5. Leadership does not act like leaders 6. No work life balance.....you can be called for a meeting even after your work hours and you cannot say no to join 7. Overall good vibe, lot of women employees so decent work environment formal and classy. Established organization so job security on lower to mid level.

Dislikes

This is subjective to project. But usually the one who works gets overburdened and those who don't enjoy. Appraisals are controlled by managers they give hikes to their pets. No visible presence or control of HR. Worked over 5 year. Poor appraisal of 3% with best performance rating. NO acknowledgement of hardwork. Fake claps and trphy no monitery gains.

Promotion - forgot about it they will increase Target not salary if u will get promotion. Management makes unrealistic plan without any analysis.Management people only busy in showing there work not interested to implement. If someone will spent more time he will spoil his career. Nothing to learn here and grow.

Worst organisation worst management. There are lots of people who are sitting in upper management who are doing their own internal politics and destroying career of hard-working employees They are giving promotions to those female's who likes touchy behaviour and likes to talk in sizzling way.
