1) It’s just like school environment 2) All rules need to be follow to juniors only & senior (like Lead, Scrum Master, Managers) are just like no rules. Whatever they want to do they did. (Whenever they want o WFH they did) 3) Leave policy - Unplanned leave should be mark as Sick leave even if you are not sick. 😟 4) Experience employee is treated like freshers.

Maybe compensation for some people is good

A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .
