NO one is professional there , I have forgotten the meaning of word "professional " after working there for 1 year. 2) Almost 90% of managers use abusing words to their employee whether you are male or female, doesn't matter. 3) they force to work for extra hours but they don't pay for it. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
