Higher level peoples are dominating All organisation. No work from home facility or hybrid model. Higher management tell people to resign if they don't want to work from office. Work life balance is zero if you are working in banking account.

There were few ups and downs but overall had a nice time at onsite. But that is too at an personal level. Nothing to like as such from professional growth perspective.

Dislikes

If you are not a blue eye boy, you are gone. Upper management is highly disconnected with associates and middle management is highly immature in terms of giving proper feedback to upper management. Absence of 360 review is giving all the super natural powers to the people who dont even understand the essence of appraisals. Accordingto them the one who is sitting late and sacrificing his/her weekends are the top associates. Internal politics has enthused the mind of upper and middle management leaving associates in despair. No pick and drop facility even if you are staying late for a project work.
