Nihilent is a good company, User friendly work culture. I am working here since last three years , so can say nihilent provide secure job. Company policies are also good. In case of management, overall management is very good but once you are allocated internal project Nims then u are finished. Zero chances to change the project allocation and harder to handle work-life balnce .

Dislikes

I am working with internal project NIMS, if any body thinking of joining nihilent make sure won't get allocated on NIMS. I am willing to work on another project but didn't get a chance. Everybody who is working with this project facing the same problem. As this is a internal project you cannot expect much in case of appraisal.
