A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .

Internal Politics and Management team is very terrible...No one is free here all are puppets and do slavery and spent decades in their comfort zone... The most disgusting thing is most of the senior guys are sitting in this company from a decade(comfort zone) and they don't have any knowledge technically but they thing themselves like god....If you try to say something right or against them then they will make your life terrible and intimidate you that they will fire you... There is nothing like process in this company.. Everyone is following there own process.. It's terrible......Read More
