The interviewers.... both were very much professional and due to which I have a lot of respect for them. They are not like the Indian interviewers who treats you like anything. Also work from home is being provided until the new building is getting completed in Bangalore.
- This place is crawling with Ex Byju's Employees. I don't had an issue with them until they started micromanaging. - Most of the ex-Byju's employees being interviewed for name sake and hired. - People with having less than 2 yrs experience leading teams of senior folks and taking interviews of senior folks.....talk about irony. - They put One ex-Byju's employee on top of my manager's hirerchy. And since my manager is in USA these ex-Byju's employee is treating it's folks as first class citizens and the folks from other organisation as second class citizens. - They are keeping a standup call daily with 60+ people. Many of which I don't work with. And keep asking updates. Talk about work culture 🤣 - The structure is not proper here. Though being a MNC they are behaving like a startup. - They don't have other reimbursement policies like internet. My advice will be go for other opportunities instead of this one....Read More

1. They took my interview for Senior Product Manager role 2. I cleared all the rounds and at the end of each round I asked about the feedback and everyone gave positive response and told me they would like to onboard 3.
