Good for learning new skills and technologies. Managers support continuous skill development. Yearly 2 day get together event which is fully sponsored by the company.

Mandatory work from office if you are on bench. Poor work life balance as they will tell you to work beyond 8 hours else you won’t get salary appraisal. Only 15 leaves available in the entire year, no separate sick leaves or wfh if you are unwell Only 5% appraisal even if you are working on a project and have good feedback from theclient. Lot of office politics and 0 job security. I have seen many people forced to resign and get their last working day on the same date.
