Mandatory work from office if you are on bench. Poor work life balance as they will tell you to work beyond 8 hours else you won’t get salary appraisal. Only 15 leaves available in the entire year, no separate sick leaves or wfh if you are unwell Only 5% appraisal even if you are working on a project and have good feedback from theclient. Lot of office politics and 0 job security. I have seen many people forced to resign and get their last working day on the same date. It is hectic. Every day comes with a new illogical work. As manager won't have clear requirements and plan of action. They will keep on irritating for the task status. Nothing like maintaining task and activity of a team member. No proper time for tasks.
