The job is quite interesting. I struggle to achieve target and a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles

Nexplace Consulting Team... they'll give me a great platform to me..join as Freelance Recruiter. His training session excellent to guide about the Recruitment process, Nexplace working some home based products like as partners I can refer, job raiser .these are products to give employee to all the job seekers.

I'm talking about Nexplace team is excellent communication and maintain good leadership among the people, encourage and motivate to the candidates, but sometimes.., unplanned scheduling of the interview I'm quite disappointed because late reaction by the our clients.

My role in Nexplace worked as Freelance Recruiter to give advice to the candidates, to prepare database, preparing job description,to take the follow up with the clients and candidates, arrange interview schedule.
