Working on old tech ,learning opportunites are less.. Lots of politics around seniors . Have learned here only what things one should acted upon and vice versa..seen politics in very bad way but this is javing a good point as well that i will be aqare about frpm my next company..

Newgen policy and flexible working hours for my project AP3. Trips parties greate manager, helpful teammates ( This is specific to my department rest all the depratment is not same. )

In newgen they are using old technology which in not up to the industary standards learning curve is not great 3 months notice period.

Nothing, just a huge trap for freshers. Especially for the ones who are offered from college placements. I'm on my knees begging you all please don't accept any offer in newgen rather be unemployed.

You'll never get to learn new skills. They value only time, not how much work you did, they will just count no. of hours you sat in the office, whether you're working or not, doesn't matter.
