Old technology and legacy product as well as project, no proper documentation, longer working hours, limited learning uses mainly in vanila javascript and java in implementation project.

They deducted the salary of employees in covid times when they were making huge profits. There is so much workload. The culture is vey bad. HRs doesnot know anything about company's policy and are rude.

Job security is there as most of the employees are leaving the company so it has a scarcity of resources. Career Growth chances are high due to less competition.

Dislikes

...ining(full-time training) is given with project assigned and deliveries planned. Pay Scale is very low and the company is never able to meet the offer and it has to let go even good employees. The laptop that company provide for development is not even capable of browsing internet on multiple tabs(i3 systems with HDD).

You will regret joining here. - No work life balance - Not employee friendly - Pay cuts (10%) - No learning/ stagnant life - Management is like Indian politics where the upper people are getting richer while the SE/SSE who do all the work - They call themselves a product based company, but they are just the opposite of how the product based companies treat employees. - They treat us even worse than the worst service based companies.

Friendly working environment and they provide you free transportation at fixed time only.

Dislikes

There is no Work Life Balance, management must work on it. There is no compensation for working on weekends, you will actually stop counting how many weekends you have worked. During Covid situation there was no management planning.
