The company has a great initiative to get someone to where they wanted to be as its NZ based its one of the skilled employment that you can work in . Even its a skilled employment if i further wanted to get to Australia . I work with diversity and most of them are happy being what they do and i make sure to motivate and get the best out of them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
