Nothing.....You can work there if you wish to not grow or learn anything because management is considered about everything except for actual productivity. It's a culture of gossip and a cult of bootlickers. All seniors have these favourites of their's who provide them with all the drama about other people, and will ruin your work experience by taking their word. Instead of solving issues professionally they will only spread negativity and interrogate you like a criminal even when you did nothing wrong. There are employees who have stolen from the bank but no action has been taken against them and are still working there because they are favoured by zonal heads and HR managers . The HR manager has no manners and is arrogant and targets people for no reason but cannot take action against people who are actually at fault....Read More

The way they support nepotism... I was working with new india bank and my manager Preetam Amin was son of ex staff or driver of some one important to new india.. he stole 6 lakhs cash from vasai branch.. all the 3 staffs from branch were pressurized to pay giving assurance that the investigation would go on and that all the staff at any cost have to pay... Assuring that if in future the culprit is caught the amount would be recovered.... Continued in dislikes...Read More

As soon as the money was paid i was transferred to other branch and the manager Preetam Amin was transferred to Virar branch.. after months 3 lakh amount was again stolen from virar branch and it was Preetam Amin... They investigated him and he had a debt of around 25 to 30 lakhs.. they recovered the amount of virar branch from his relative and when i asked about the 6 lakhs. The management said why did you pay if you had not stolen the money. The other reason they gave was if he stole in virar that does not mean he stole the money in vasai branch too... The HR gave me he worst example saying " If a person commits a murder in 1996 and now in 2023 again a murder is occured ... That does not mean he is again the murderer....Read More
