The way they support nepotism... I was working with new india bank and my manager Preetam Amin was son of ex staff or driver of some one important to new india.. he stole 6 lakhs cash from vasai branch.. all the 3 staffs from branch were pressurized to pay giving assurance that the investigation would go on and that all the staff at any cost have to pay... As soon as the money was paid i was transferred to other branch and the manager Preetam Amin was transferred to Virar branch.. after months 3 lakh amount was again stolen from virar branch and it was Preetam Amin... They investigated him and he had a debt of around 25 to 30 lakhs.. they recovered the amount of virar branch from his relative and when i asked about the 6 lakhs. The management said why did you pay if you had not stolen the money. The other reason they gave was if he stole in virar that does not mean he stole the money in vasai branch too... The HR gave me he worst example saying " If a person commits a murder in 1996 and now in 2023 again a murder is occured ... That does not mean he is again the murderer....Read More
