There is literally no positive aspect about this company.

Salary is never paid on time. No extra pay for working overtime. However salary will be deducted if an employee leaves even a minute early. This seems more like a school rather than a workplace. Employees are constantly reprimanded for minute things such as walking around the office or even chatting with their colleagues. However, the upper management constantly keeps on chatting unobstructed about non-work related topic. There is zero scope for any increment.
