The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Salary scale is too much poor, beyond expectation. Management, HR is also not good. Can’t expect a good feed back from management if u can’t praise them. Your achievement rate will calculated based on your relation with managers. If you have less exp of them (in terms of year) then they won’t listen your opinion may be your thought is right.
