Hello Guys, Myself Syed Ibrahim I am here to tell you about my experience with Neugene International Inc. I am the HR franchisee partner of Neugene for last 3 years. Guys, I was skeptical in the beginning if I would benefit anything from this venture. My beginning was bit slow, but over a period, I started generating good revenue. Before taking a franchisee of Neugene, I was in a job. My salary was quite good to sustain.I was wandering if I would earn more than what I was already getting as salary. Guys, trust me, within the first 3 months my earnings were 6 lakh rupees, which was reasonably good, but my expectation was high. I got guidance from Neugene team, and in the next quarter I hit 10 lakh mark. I then decided to add some staff, especially the recruiters! Based on my budget I initially appointed 3 experienced recruiters, which enhanced my capacity and earnings. My average billing reached about 15 lakh per month. Today I have an independent office and I have 14 recruiters working with me. Guys, now I am just supervising my team. My team is doing all the recruitment. I am happy and earning a very good income. Guys, my life has changed. I am living a luxury life now. I recently purchased XUV 700, which is my favourite SUV. I think, anybody who has big dreams and ready to take calculated risk, must try this out. It has very little investment, but earnings are very high. The company is stable, and they treat you well. The room for advancement is large. Management is committed to long-term growth. There is plenty of capital available for expansion. Benefits are adequate and pay is very good. The workplace is highly respectful. They don't put up with any discrimination of any sort. Neugene does a good job of promoting from within. Most of the top leaders have been with the company for a long time. The best reason to work with Neugene is that it's an established HR company in India. It's been in business for over 35 years. Job security is granted. There are good policies when it comes to employee social welfare. I hope there will be no HR company in India where you will get pension, family pension after retirement. Myself Abhijit Dave I am a Franchisee Business Partner of Neugene International for HR Consultancy Recruitment. I joined Neugene as Franchisee Business Partner in 2018. Initially, I was a bit scared as to whether I will succeed or not? But over a period, approximately 3-months' time, I got settled and my real journey as a business partner started. I started generating good money like 2-lakh per month, which encouraged me to enhance my capacity. I took calculated risk and started hiring Recruiters, for which I took office on Rent. I hired 4-Recruiters, although it was a bit burden to pay their salaries for 2-3 months from my pocket, but thereafter I started realizing my investment on my team. My team as a whole was able to do monthly billing of 10-12 lakh. After meeting all my expenses including salaries and rent, I was able to retain around 6-lakh. On today's date I have a full-fledged big office and a team of 20-staff including recruiters. My earning has more than doubled now, which beyond my expectations. After working for 4 years now, I am in a position to comment on the good and not so good aspects of working with Neugene. Working in such a big Multinational brand means one's general work experience can vary from project to project as timings, work ease, technologies and everything else related to one's work differs. I was lucky to get opportunity in the Product Development Department of Neugene. I got a great team with good leaders who guided me to learn and develop my skills. Personally, I have had enriching experience over 4 years. I got good training upon joining Neugene and have learnt a lot which beyond my expectation. I am able to develop my skills to the extent to proudly claim that I am now truly and completely a Professional. Job security is really paramount here. If you do your job and have strived to beome an important part of your respective work, you need not worry about losing a job ever. Consistent pay under every circumstances. Even during COVID infected world and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time. Neugene had announced that there would be no layoffs whatsoever due to Covid. Only variable pay (Incentives) for senior employees were suspended for few months. Neugene also promoted its "Work-From-Home" plan, soonest the Covid affected the world. For every new candidate appointment of Managerial level and above, the U.K. management clearance is a policy. Moreover, in my opinion, the Appraisals have some flaws, still an opportunity for junior employees to increase their compensation benefits.
