Neugene has great benefits. Career opportunities are plentiful if you are willing to learn new things and fit into the role. Great people to work with for the most part. Managers believe in the idea of work smarter not harder which is great. Communication is great, any concerns are handled by immediate managers, but having an open door policy is a great plus as well. Very knowledgeable personnel make working here easier and helps when trying to pitch new technologies or solutions as people are willing to try new things. The Company has a great culture. I belong to Alwar. I was working as Plant Manager with reputed Automobile company. Due to some personal constraints, I had to quit my job. Luckily, I heard about Neugene's opportunity of HR Partnership. Actually I was looking for some work-from-home kind of business, and I found Neugene's opportunity quite suitable for me, which is totally online business. I applied for it and got selected. I signed the contract in March 2021 with Neugene for 2-years, going with Scheme 2. I am really proud to say, that Neugene team has supported me out of the way a many times. Since I was new to this business and had no idea how to go about. Athough it took me about 2-3 months to get things into grip, now I am on my own and doing well. Guys, I can strongly say that one must try to explore this option in life. Good thing is that with very little amount of investment you earn a handsome income. Unlike other companies, who are totally money-minded, you will not see this approach with Neugene. Obviously, business means business, but Neugene's approach I have noticed is that they feel that if they support the partners, automatically it will benefit to Neugene too. It's a big Conglomerate with a networth of over 5billion US$, I believe. I have been working with Neugene for almost 7-years. It has been a great experience working with Neugene. I joined as Asst. Manager-Admin and now after 7-years I am holding a position of Sr. Manager-Admin (India Division). Neugene has a wonderful management and staff.
