The work is very challenging and can be rewarding. There are many really gifted, talented people who work here. My Manager is a very wonderful and intelligent person who is quite inspirational. There are always opportunities to grow at Neugene. I enjoyed the fact that my company was developing new processes and policies that helped people, and that I was contributing to that process.

Neugene always focuses on building networks. You are always pushed to work on the next level. You can talk to higher management without any restriction, and they always take the suggestions or ideas freely. The most important thing is the compensation, I can bet they are offering the best salaries in comparison to their competitors.

Dislikes

Work life balance is also good, but sometimes you will feel you are getting overburdened. As I am writing this, I am not sure about other companies. But overall, it's a great place to work.

Neugene has great benefits. Career opportunities are plentiful if you are willing to learn new things and fit into the role. Great people to work with for the most part.
