The company is stable, and they treat you well. The room for advancement is large. Management is committed to long-term growth. There is plenty of capital available for expansion. Benefits are adequate and pay is very good. The workplace is highly respectful. They don't put up with any discrimination of any sort. Neugene does a good job of promoting from within. Most of the top leaders have been with the company for a long time. The best reason to work with Neugene is that it's an established HR company in India. It's been in business for over 35 years.
