Hi Guys, I am working as HR Business Partner with Neugene Inc. It's an online Business for me, working from my home. I got to know about Neugene from my friend, Ramanuj, who works with one of Company's division in Noida. He suggested me to take this opportunity. I was bit reluctant initially, but my friend gave me the confidence, so I applied for HR Partnership... It's a Franchisee model, I got the approval and I entered into Agreement with Neugene. I was registered as their Business Alliance Franchisee Partner for Kolkata, my hometown. I went through their Online Training program, which lasted for about 20 days..... no, no guys, not consecutively for 20 days.... total 3- training sessions only. One session week. It was tremendous training...I already have a good industry background over 12 years. The Company's Trainer gave such a detailed training on HR processes and many techniques of dealing with clients and facing their challenges, which I had never imagined before. More so, it was about unlearning more than unlearning. I think, unlearning is more difficult than learning. Wow.... No doubt, Neugene has the best trainer, I ever met. Anyways guys, I think I am not boring you. Just can't stop expressing my feelings. I am associated with them since September 2020, not even a year. I am making very good income. What else... Let me tell you about Neugene Team...Raj Kumar....Sumedha.....Amit Chadda......Priyanka and also Sunil Kumar..... They are all Gems....Neugene is lucky to have them as their employees.... Nothing yaar...I don't have any complaints. Some people complaint work pressure!!. So what? it's good naaa. more work pressure means more earning opportunity, isn't it!!!

I had worked as Alliance Partner with Neugene for more than 4 years. It was good to be a part of Neugene. Due to personal reasons could not continue working with them. I learnt a lot about recruitment from Training. I thank Vibha for her guidance and support always.

MIS Reporting- I am not a report making person.

Lots of reports needed to be submitted to clients.

Joined as a Business Partner. Worked for 2 years with Neugene. It was good learning and growth. Though wanted to work further but could not due to unavoidable circumstances.
