Working in the organization after completing the training is the worst part. the middle management is more interested in playing politics rather than focusing on their job. If you dont bow to them then they will haunt you in your next company when it comes to HR Background verification. Giving negative remarks. If you have no option then only join here. Learning is not good here, it's ok for a beginner. What industry/market expects from a experienced security analyst is different and what u learn here will be different. Politics is little more as compared other companies. Promotion is based on language i,e Marathi/Hindi and how good you are with Manager. The management was good but not anymore. The company has no standard, they quote less money to clients and give lesser money to its employees. No work life balance PMOs are horrible as they don't understand technical issues as them being non-technical. Unachievable targets are asked to completed in one night as the clients want it. PMO like Smita Holmukhe doesn't have ability to explain to the client if the target they are expecting are achievable or not within one day or whatever timeframe provided depending on the scope
