Pathetic work culture. Extra work hours no work life. No proper appraisal and promotion.

Don't go for this consulting firm. They send resource at client side with 6 month experience and tell you to inform client that you have 2 years experience. Then, client expects the same high level output. HR is full of politics, only give promotion to their favorites. Assessment head of India lacks basic cybersecurity skills and believes in nepotism. No work life balance PMOs are horrible as they don't understand technical issues as them being non-technical. Unachievable targets are asked to completed in one night as the clients want it. PMO like Smita Holmukhe doesn't have ability to explain to the client if the target they are expecting are achievable or not within one day or whatever timeframe provided depending on the scope
