No work life balance PMOs are horrible as they don't understand technical issues as them being non-technical. Unachievable targets are asked to completed in one night as the clients want it. PMO like Smita Holmukhe doesn't have ability to explain to the client if the target they are expecting are achievable or not within one day or whatever timeframe provided depending on the scope
