I worked with the company for approx 6 years. Here i am highlighting few points where management really needs to think and act. 1. Appraisl should be on time. Not delay to another 6 months or so. 2. HR department really needs to be improve. 3. Managers audits is must what they are doing with the team. 4. Company should hire the right candidates who are fit for the position not only because of numbers of years of exp. 5. Improvement is require for women employees for late night routines shift. 6.
