1. Salary & appraisal: They will not increase the salary for more than 2.8-3 years. Fake promises to increase salaries and hike. No extra money for OT also. And also they are deducting variable pays every months without any reason (there is court case against HCL for that, you can read article on internet also). 2. Work life balance: In one word disgusting. We are working from morning 9 to late nights 9:30 average daily even one Saturday and Sundays. 3. Company culture: Fake promises and fake hike news they spread, and even after 2.8 years they are not releasing hike letters. 4. Work satisfaction: No matter how hard you work they will not happy and they will give more work to you. No likes for this company. They just want their work done if a person is well or his leg is broken still he needs to come to office with no mercy.

They make false commitments just to inboard employees. The insurance policies ar every less as compar to industrial standards No skills upliftment programe Seniors were very unprofessional,unstructured. They will treat employees like an animal.

No timely appraisals and there’s a delay of 2 quarters. It means promotion or appraisal came after 1.5 year of work and even that depends on the management. The rotational shift will highly affect physical and mental health.

Learning is really good, they even push you to do certifications. Work life balance for me is good and the projects are all good enough to learn something new.

Dislikes

Appraisal meetings are just an eyewash in HCL not sure about other projects but for me never had a discussion, everything decided based on customer feedback. Sad part is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.

It’s good to work at HCLTech, but unfortunately I am working at a Client location and HCLTech doesn’t care at all regarding these employees. HR’s doesn’t respond properly and the process of connecting with them is the worst.

No body cares your there, the work life balance is the worst here, benifits are another thing

I don’t satisfy to work in hcl as a fresher they did not provide any trainings or any proper guidance they just play with fresher it is very bad culture in hcl as in experienced

Totally i dislike work with hcl as a freher they did not give any proper training or proper right path fresher they are playing like toys with fresher and the end they finally kept on pip and terminated from hcl
