They don't have any CRM tools. Some manager's behavior is very bad. If you require emergency leave at that time they will not understand your situation. They aren't willing to provide you leave at any cost. They will mark LOP. There is no support from HR. They always said (hum manager ki baat ko hi consider karte hai. naye bando ki nahi)..
