MS Dynamics NAV/BC Sr. Functional or Lead Functional

Role: MS Dynamics NAV/BC Sr. Functional & Project Lead

Experience: 7-14 Years

Location- Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Pune

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
2. Team Leadership:
• Lead a cross-functional project team, including functional and technical consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
3. Client Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and the client.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
4. Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC solution by overseeing testing activities and conducting quality assurance checks.
• Review and validate project deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements.
6. Implementation Oversight:
• Supervise the configuration, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to address system issues and optimize system performance.
7. Training and Documentation:
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and client staff.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and training materials.
8. Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring that the project is delivered within financial constraints.
• Manage project resources effectively, allocating tasks based on team members' skills and project requirements.
