It a good company to start your job life with. I was lucky to be a part of a project (digital commerce solutions) that allows permanent wfh. I did not have to visit office during my tenure. The HR dept organizes different fun activities that employees the employees can take part in from. I faced diverse tech issues which were solvedonline by the IT department. There are several things to dislike about this company, especially about the project I was in. The IDQ process is far better than the ZSKU process. The target of zsku was so high that completing the work within the shift time remained unachievable. This disrupted our work life balance.

I like about working in netscribes, that the management of FRM-Fraud and risk management is the most disgusting management. They only know how to execute their plan through their employees and doing experiments with employees. i.e., pressurised employees to complete work on time and extending working hour without any incentives or over time pay. The Management of FRM. Worst management in netscribes. Frm management plays with employees whether the employees are facing any kind of serious issue or medical issue but SOUROJIT SARKHEL and RANJIT CHOWDHRY want them to be in floor before shift timing and want them to extend their work by allocating incidents without any overtime pay. If you are reading this then please share this information to everyone. Sourojit sarkhel wants to keep his own person because he is getting some commission through clients and even Ranjit chowdhry also in this game. But due to this toxic work culture many employees were left from the organisation. Didn’t provide any PF’s , No allowance, no benefits , no fun activities, only work work and work. But the FRM management is chill with their own business because they only want their work to be done by employees and they only send the data to the clients. They had pattern to terminate employees by giving escalation forced by SOUROJIT and RANJIT. In holidays they provided a comp. off no double pay , no triple pay. Whether these are fake reviews from competitors or People who brake rules and got thrown out because of wrong behavior. Managers , Team Leaders, Senior Associate and Colleagues are Super Support as they'll help you for 6 months in Training and Also after Your Training..
