If you ask for a leave, that is your leave, you have to beg for it to the manager. She will not believe your reasons and ask for documents and proof. If you plan a vacation, they expect that you ask them first. They will act like your parents rather than managers. They don't know the difference between personal life and professionallife. They seem very nice at first but eventually they will pressurize you mentally so much that you either wanna give up or leave the organisation asap. They will make you work like a permanent employee with experience when you'll be a fresher with no prior experience. They will give you some mere training for 2-3 hours and then ask to start production on an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for....Read More

Literally Nothing, all you can get is disappointment, for better appraisal you have to Buttering up the managers and leads, if you do your work efficiently and leave from office without having unnecessary interaction to mangers and other colleagues, you will be the next target for them, if you are close to an ex-employee and if they left the company not on a good note then they will humiliate you by mentioning them also tell you that your work's quality is decreasing because of them which doesn't make any sense. If you want to grow in your life then stay away as far as possible and if you don't have motivation in your life and buttering managers and leads are easy for you then you can take the offer and also most importantly about salary they will not give you the amount of salary they promised for every month, some months maybe you will be getting 2000 or 1500 rupees less from the salary, if you want to confront hr about this matter they won't give you proper explanation....Read More

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.

Too much office politics, no recognition, poor work life balance, rely more on client rather than own employee, extended working hours without any week offs, poor increments, fake and false intimations during hiring and many many more.
