Unfortunately this is the worst work culture ever.I've been experiencing and witnessing some issues that are affecting my well-being and productivity, and I believe others may be impacted as well. Specifically, I've noticed: - Lack of respect and open communication among team members and management team - Unrealistic expectations and excessive workload - Favoritism and bias in decision-making and promotions - No recognition or appreciation for employees' contributions - Unaddressed conflicts and gossip - Excessive workload and long working hours - Frequent overtime and weekend work This has resulted in: - Burnout and exhaustion - Impact on my physical and mental health - Neglect of personal relationships and responsibilities - Decreased productivity and job satisfaction These issues are creating a toxic work environment, leading to low morale, high stress, and decreased job satisfaction....Read More

It was pathetic working in netscribes & it was a horrendous experience for me to work over there.. There is no job security there, no work life balance, too much politics between mumbaikars & kolkatians.. too much nepotism.. i would recommend to all who wants to join netscribes, do not join.. They can kick you out anytime.. Netscribians are liars, as they provide content agent profile before interview & after joining they give the designation as associate... The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
