They think employees are Robot,,they want 16 hours work per day it means 6×16 =96 hours in a week,,sometimes it goes more than that,, And moreover behavior of selfclaimed seniors is horrible, some guides are good but they are useless,,,according to them u have to do chaplusi to go with this job.Allover worst team/organization I have worked ever.
