I dislike Tanjot Kaur, culture was very good before she was hired. since she is here its very difficult to bear with her. She has bossy attitude and no one personally likes her. She thinks of her own and not for employees and company. She doesnt deserve to be the Hr. She is the negative force now in office. I resigned for same reason and many people are thinking of same. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
