Everything actually. The one thing I dislike the most would be predetory office politics affecting the growth of an employee. Favouritism plays a huge role in this company.

Work culture is not healthy. Domination are more often observed in management and manager levels. TOO old people need to be replaced with new talent. These people don't understand the need of new technologies and their use. Sometimes new ideas are not allowed. People are not willing to work due to less increments. Partiality youcan see. What ever you do, you'll not be fired. Yes, the management will never firget what you did but they won't say it on your face. Also, many of the people who had major escalations are in good positions in the same company now.

You have to be a managers pet in office or should have personal relation with him out of office to grow (Package and Designation) 3. 95% of the Client won't escalate on any misses etc but your manager or his/her close people portray as if the client has escalated and will put pressure on you. 4.
