NetApp is a Great company, Yes they have issues with their Management as Managers coming from other companies are not that Great once they join in NetApp. But the Engineers inside the company are really Great, they help peers a lot. The company always think about their Employee, its the hire management which always sucks here.

Salary only. Nothing else is good about the company. Highly disorganized and disoriented company shifting directions. Highly unstable.

No culture of innovation. politics, seniors sitting in the director and VP levels do not help anyone grow and simply love their direct reportees. Overall, the company doesn't have any vision and keeps on comparing with the peers like Pure Systems. The sales team isn't that great because of which they always loose out to the competitors like Dell EMC and HP. If one approaches the manager for certification trainings, the manager tells them to use YouTube to upgrade in spite of the company giving facilities for higher education....Read More
