A good place to enhance your skill i worked for 4 months evryday i spent there i learnt something new

There are so many thing which need to be changed , my manager is juhi mam , my tl is abhishek sir and bhupender sir … i worked hard for 4 months even i got the incentive under them but these people don’t give any respect to any employee they treat them like a robot, they ask us to work on Sunday, if i require any leave they will not provide me that untile i show them any fake real incident ,they dont know how to talk with employees juhi mam is mannerless person I don’t know how this company has put this lady on such a bigger position. Everyone respects the position which she is sitting on , but she has know idea how she is ruining the position in the eyes of employees, and other thing i dislike is some old employee who is in company from many month but still on executive level they play with the mind of new employees they give them wrong direction from the vary 1st day so that they can survive . So anybody reading this i request you to send my message to owner of our company so that he can know what’s going on inside the company.
