Lower and middle level employee don't have any future in NETAMBIT. Because, the upper level or so called senior VPs have completely taken over the mind of Netambits MD. The individual (Aunty) responsible for introducing new process, or one might say business development, are quit remarkable, She always make herself appear busy so that the MD believes they are handling all the company's work. The bring in process that become obsolete within 6 month or 1 year, and in the end, she skillfully shift the blame onto employees and managers, presenting her self as highly professionally correct to the MD, the middle level managers, on the other hand areso busy attending to the whims of Sr. VPs that they have no time. These are some of the positive aspects of Netambit, if you are a professional, its a advisable not to the work at netambit. Netambit is a very unpleasant place to work, but even then I found two worst things about Netambit. Firstly, Netambit is not loyal to any Brand because in all the processes at Netambit, they deceive brands by presenting false picture any extracting money from them. When the Brand realizes they have been defrauded, its takes a long time and Netambit in trun, gives various fals reasons to shut down the process. Secondly, when a process starts Netambit, they hire employees like a herd of sheep, and as soon as the process ends, they ruthlessly lay-off the poor employees overnight. After that, they torment the employees at an unprecedented level, withholding their salaries and creating dram during FNF settlements to harass the employees so much that they eventually give up on pursuing their rights....Read More
