One of the worst company I have ever worked, literally wasted for running a bulshit company and work culture is ugly and work balancing life is totally zero we have a concall at 10 pm and it ll take 2hrs of the call , 12 am or + it goes up even have sunday also concall. . Very work work culture and hierarchy methods....

Work culture, company concall they using bad words and poor hierarchy methods, work balancing life is literally zero, job security is very very poor from the 1st day they scolded u for very embarrassing... And surly u ll fired of within probation period I request you pls avoid if they offering...

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
