I was campus hired to NeST with an Industrial standard package and was given a very decent hike during my confirmation. We received best in class training during the initial months of my job. We were given full day training for the first 2 months to make our-self change from novice students to professional engineers. I met different people who were friendly and guiding both professionally and personally. We have different events cultural, sports etc. Work log of 40 hours a week is mandatory. Dislikes

Work logs were strict. There were no first in last out facility for work logs. Your daily attendance will be calculated only when you are inside the building. Even if we leave out for 5 minutes for Tea, it will be deducted from your daily attendance

Work Details

I didn't had a chance to work for long in this company. But from my colleagues and friends what I understand in general is NeST had works in cutting edge technologies with lot of opportunities to develop career. There is no work pressure or stress.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
