I’ve worked at Ness Digital Engineering for over 3 years now, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening professional experiences I’ve had. While the company promises a lot during the hiring process, the reality of working here is a completely different story. 1. The management team is unorganized and lacks effective communication. Decisions are often made on the fly without proper consultation or any clear reasoning, leaving employees in the dark about the direction of projects. There’s little to no support for team members when issues arise, and it's common to feel like you're on your own, even for basic tasks. 2. While they claim to support work-life balance, the reality is that you’re expected to be constantly available, even outside of normal working hours. Overtime is often forced, and there’s no recognition or compensation for the extra effort. The culture here is all about pushing employees to work harder and longer, with little regard for personal life. 3. Despite promises of career advancement, there is very little room for growth here. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit, and management offers no clear path for advancement. I’ve seen many colleagues with great potential passed over for positions, simply because they weren’t part of the "in" group. 4. The workplace culture is toxic, with gossip, backstabbing, and a general lack of teamwork. There’s no collaboration between departments, and most people seem more concerned with protecting their own positions rather than supporting their peers. It’s mentally exhausting to work in such a hostile atmosphere. 5. The salary here is significantly below industry standards, especially considering the level of stress and the amount of extra hours you’re expected to put in. Raises are rare and often don’t reflect the actual amount of work you’re doing. Bonuses, when they happen, are minimal and seem more like a token gesture rather than a genuine reward. 6. Hard work is often ignored, and accomplishments go unrecognized. Management doesn’t take the time to appreciate employees, and any form of acknowledgment is few and far between. Ness has thought leaders that works towards employee welfare. The health insurance policy is top notch compared to big giants in the industry. They also give gifts throughout the year for various occasions. Amazing L&D programs.
No dislikes as such. There are improvement areas but nothing that the company is not working on.

Better company to spoil our carrier. If you came to bench after project over that is your LWD. Here all projects is 3 months or 6 months and max 1 Years. few people will say they are working from past 4 Years but don't believe them
Ness Technologies will put in project for 3 months to 6 months if they put only one month they ness technologies can improve the employee life spoil count is more better put only 1 month
