The team was versatile even though they were not exactly from computer science or IT background. Everybody is good in their roles.

Dislikes

If you know more than one job you need to do all, even time permits. you are developing, Managing servers, Managing Database and support Banking and doing IT and network related stuffs at a time. No focused on single role. Need to do each and every thing and with 100% mark. Also Accountable for offshore work. If offshore didn't do the work properly, you can get fire.

Work Details

good for the beginner as they get chance to learn everything but work life is messed up. Ready to dedicate time from 9 am to 11 pm. You will be marked later if you arrive late than 9 but won't counter that you worked late and won't get overtime.
